Dieting woes

I’m stuck! I know that the bulk of my weight problem is medication induced and that losing the weight that I’ve gained isn’t going to be easy. It’s very frustrating to know that a year ago I was quite a bit smaller than I am now and that a medication that helps me in other areas has caused such a dramatic weight gain. I’ve thought about trying one of the many diet enhancement products that are on the market, including Miracle burn, which is rated one of the top 10 diet products.
